How To Make Vegetarian Sambar Vegetarian Recipe


Ingredients
1 Medium Onion 1 Tomato 2 Green Chilli 2 Carrot 50g Green Beans 100g Red Lentils 3 Clove Garlic 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Cup Coconut Milk ½ Cup Water 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds 1 tsp Tumeric Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder Salt to taste



Instructions

1. Fry the fenugreek, black mustard seeds, garlic, green chilli and onions for 2 minutes. 2. Add carrot, green beans and fry for another 2 minutes. 3. Add red lentils and water and mix well. 4. Add turmeric, garam masala and mix well. 5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 6. Add tomato, salt and cook for 5 minutes. 7. Add coconut milk and mix well. 8. Serve with your favourite rice
