How To Make Vegetarian Crispy Rolls Vegetarian Recipe


Ingredients - Vegetarian Curry - Filling

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 Cloves Garlic
5cm Ginger
2 Green Chilli
1 Onion
1/4 Cabbage
2 Carrot
100g Green Beans
1 tsp salt
½ tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
100g Cooked Potato
1 Cup Fresh Coriander


Ingredients - Roll up the rolls

Roll sheets
100g Plain Flour
100g Bread Crumbs
Water

Ingredients - Frying the rolls

50g Vegetable Oil


Instructions

1. Boil the water and cook the potatoes for 10 minutes.
2. In a new frying pan add the above-mentioned ingredients to the filling in the same order.
3. Make the rolls using roll sheets.
4. Code the rolls in the butter mix, then in the bread crumbs.
5. Fry the rolls in the vegetable oil until they turn light brown.
