How To Make Vegetarian Okra Curry Vegetarian Recipe


Ingredients

100g Fresh Okra
1 Medium Onion
1 Tomato
2 Green Chilli
3 Cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Tamarind Plup
1 Cup Water to Soak the Tamarind
1 Cup Coconut milk
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to Taste


Instructions
1. Fry cumin seeds, garlic, green chilli, onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. 2. Add the Okra 3. Add the turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt, and mix well. 4. Add turmeric water without the seeds and mix well. 5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 6. Add the tomato and coconut water and cook for 5 more minutes. 7. Serve with your favourite rice.
