How to Make "Real" Fresh Avocado Pesto Vegetarian Recipe



Ingredients

50g Vegetarian Parmesan
2 Whole Avocados
100g Chopped Basil
3 Garlic Cloves
50g Pine Nuts
50 ml Olive Oil
Pepper
Salt


Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until all ingredients are finely chopped. 2. Stop the food processor and scrape the sides of the bowl once or twice. 3. Store, covered, in the refrigerator, for 5-7 days.
