How To Make Pasta With Green Beans & Potato Vegetarian Recipe

 


Ingredients

6 Small New Potatoes, Unpeeled
350g Green Beans, Trimmed
350g Dried Penne or Fusilli
Homemade Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
Vegetarian Parmesan
Salt & Pepper

Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. 2. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. 3. Steam the beans until tender, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Mix the vegetables with the pasta and toss in the pesto. 5. Garnish with vegetarian parmesan. 6. Salt and pepper optional.
