Ingredients
500g Sweetcorn
125g Plain Flour
½ tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Crushed Coriander
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
2 Cloves Garlic
2cm Ginger
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 Eggs
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl apart from the oil
2. Shallow-fry the fritters for 5 minutes on each side
