How To Make Spaghetti alla Puttanesca Vegetarian Recipe


Ingredients

400g Dried Spaghetti
4 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Dried Chilli
3 Cloves Garlic
20 Black Olives
2 tbsp Capers
4 tbsp Parsley
Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions
1. Cut olives, garlic, capers, chilli and parsley. 2. Cook the spaghetti and add some salt. 3. Stir-fry chilli, garlic, olives and capers. 4. Add in the spaghetti, 5. Add pepper. 6. Mix well. 7. Serve with our Homemade Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto (Link below).
